GlobeTime · Site information
Privacy policy
This page explains what information is processed when you use GlobeTime and how to exercise your rights.
Who is responsible
The data controller for GlobeTime is Marcelo BERTINI CERON, 2 impasse Ledru-Rollin, 94170 Le Perreux-sur-Marne, France. Contact: contact@globetime.net.
Information we process
- Your analytics choice, stored in a first-party consent cookie for up to 180 days.
- If you accept analytics, Google Analytics (Google LLC) measures page views and enabled interactions such as scrolling, outbound clicks and downloads, and may set first-party identifiers. Its tag is not loaded before consent. Google Signals data collection is currently off.
- IONOS processes technical request and access information to deliver and secure the site. Its web hosting logs are kept for up to eight weeks.
- If you email us, we use your address and message to answer you.
GlobeTime does not require an account and does not save the time zones you select.
Purposes and legal bases
The consent cookie remembers your choice so the site can respect it. Optional analytics relies on your consent. IONOS handles technical requests to deliver and protect the site. We handle emails to answer requests you send us; the necessary processing is based on our legitimate interest in replying.
How long information is kept
The consent cookie expires after 180 days. Google Analytics cookies are configured with a 180-day lifetime and no renewal on page loads; you can also delete them or withdraw consent. IONOS web hosting logs are kept for up to eight weeks. Contact emails are deleted within 12 months of the last exchange, unless a legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention.
In the current GA4 property, event-level data is retained for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months. User retention may run from the latest activity if the reset option is enabled. Standard aggregated reports can remain available for longer.
Recipients and transfers
IONOS provides hosting. Google receives data only if you allow Analytics. Google may process it outside the European Economic Area under its applicable transfer safeguards; see the Google privacy policy.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object where applicable and withdraw analytics consent at any time using the footer control. To exercise your rights, write to contact@globetime.net. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
