How these estimates work
Times are calculated locally with Astronomy Engine for an unobstructed sea-level horizon and standard atmospheric refraction. Terrain, buildings and weather can change what you actually see. Times are rounded to the nearest minute; the map boundary is approximate and excludes twilight.
The selected date and time belong to the reference city. Other cities show the same instant and their own local date; solar events belong to that local date. Daylight is the elapsed illuminated time inside that civil day, which may last 23 or 25 hours when clocks change. Available for 2000–2100.
